Zuchinni - 2 ' cubes , 3 cups
Besan (Chickpea flour) - 3 tbsp
Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Amchur Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste.
- Heat oil in a wide pan.
- Add ajwain and cook for 30 seconds
- Add the turmeric , chilli powder and besan .
- Cook till besan turns to a golden color.
- Add the chopped zhuccini and mix well.
- Cook till the vege is tender and then add salt and amchur.
- Mix well and cook for another few minutes and serve.
